Welcome to Method & Flow. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General InformationMethod & Flow provides business consulting, creative design, automation setup, and digital support services. By using our website or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. ServicesAll services are customized based on client needs. Scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in written proposals or invoices. Method & Flow reserves the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services at any time if necessary to protect business integrity.
3. Payments and BillingPayment terms are outlined in invoices or service agreements. Invoices must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in delayed delivery or service suspension. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Intellectual PropertyAll creative materials, designs, templates, and systems produced by Method & Flow remain the property of Method & Flow until payment is received in full. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Method & Flow retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication may extend delivery timelines.
6. Cancellations and RefundsBecause services are customized and time-based, refunds are not typically offered after work has begun. In some cases, partial refunds or credits may be issued at Method & Flow’s discretion.
7. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project.
8. Limitation of LiabilityMethod & Flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. All work is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those stated in writing.
9. Privacy PolicyYour privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Jefferson County, Texas.
