Meet the Owner
Stephanja Taschinger built her career on a commitment to excellence and a belief that the right systems unlock a business’s full potential. She began in the restaurant industry, where she led her team to over $1M in growth, launched a second location, and scaled operations through smart, strategic structure. She later brought those same principles into the digital space, managing backend systems and customer experience for online communities and working for a successful content creator.
Today, through Method & Flow, she enjoys helping business owners implement the tools they need to soar, enjoy their work, and reach their biggest goals.
